The property was beautiful and the house was ok, but the description is misleading. I brought my father here under the assumption that "minutes from your front door" meant he could enjoy the property as well. Please be aware this property is not an easy or light treck. Its about a 20 minute tricky downhill hike to the creek line and you'll likely double that time walking back up.

Really enjoyed our quiet time. Away from the city and just all quiet and nice. The owner set everything up simple and easy. Communication was great as well.
