Modern Mountain Riverfront Condo, Walk to Lift

Scenic and spacious condo in Avon close to everything in Vail Valley. Positive: The property was very spacious with a great location with a walking path and river right behind it! We loved that path and having two bedrooms and two bathrooms for our family to use in between soccer games as we were here for a soccer tournament. We also found a great fall colors hike a couple of miles away in Eagle Vail. Beautiful! Negative: The property was a bit tired. Just some updates with a few prints/pictures on the walls, more lights, and fresh paint would be nice to make it feel warm to cone back to after a day full of activities. Also, local tv didn’t work (which could be fixed with a $25 set of antennas) so we couldn’t watch the Broncos/Eagles game televised on local tv which we rushed back to the place to watch. Just small things overall, fantastic space and location but a few small things would make this a 10!
