Luxurious Condo Gated Community Pool Hot Tubs

Nice location and easy access to the pool and golf course. Condo is dated and not luxurious. The main room is fine but kitchen and bathrooms are substandard. One of the box fans didn’t work but there are other ceiling fans which help cool things off at night. The hosts are responsive and nice but were not able to provide us with another fan (strange but whatever). House cleaning arrived at 930 the day of our check out. Felt like they were rushing us out. There are better options for the price in my view.

Great location- we loved being in Arrowhead and, overall, we enjoyed our stay. This is an older condo with a bit of noticeable wear and tear. Could use a refresh, a little maintenance and a very good cleaning. There is lots of space in the main room, both bedrooms and both bathrooms. Parking is easy and the pretty pool and Arrowhead ski lift are just a few steps away. Randy and Jeff are very easy to communicate with. The condo is right on the main road up Arrowhead mountain and there is some daytime road noise but very quiet at night. No A/C but we were ok with fans and open windows (highs in the 90s throughout our stay).

Dealing with this host was an absolute pleasure. Communication was fast and helpful. The property was as advertised and very comfortable. The only reason that the rating was 4 stars and not 5 stars was because of the following: there was a load of damp towels in the dryer when we arrived, there was a stain on one of the mattresses, and the closets were either dirty or cluttered. I know this seems petty, but five stars signal that there is no room for improvement. I would suggest this property and this host to friends.

All in all it was a good value for beaver creek and vail Positive: Property was large enough for my family, enough bedding and kitchen supplies. Location was great close to ski lift. Covered parking is very convenient. Negative: Condo had a smell.
