Positive: Location, comfort, and cleanliness are A +++. No parking issues given the fact that I've a big truck; in & out was easy.
Negative: The wood needs treatment around the stairs, terrace, and balcony. Suggest a cleaning fee adjusted to the length of stay. Found it a little too high for the time we were there.
