A Complete Nightmare Booking Negative: Filthy dirty carpets, drain not working in shower so standing in 4” of drain water, oven completely stained, bedroom blinds broken and couldn’t open, dryer filled with towels from previous renters, stove burner broken, furniture old and outdated.

Very outdated condo worn furniture the carpet needs to be changed cleaned it just needs a good refresh. Good location.

I can't really recommend staying here. The whole place felt dirty, dated, neglected, and cheap. Carpets were so dirty they darkened our feet walking on them and had all colors of stains throughout the unit. Shower in the master bath didn't seal properly and leaked water all over the floor...in order to shower we had to stuff towels in the base of the door. The throw pillows and couch cushions throughout look disgusting, felt dirty, and barely had any fluff left in them. Feels like they were found at Goodwill in the 90s and have been in this unit ever since. The 2nd bedroom and bath felt disgusting, clearly wasn't cleaned well, the toilet barely flushed and couldn't get solid waste to go down unless you flushed multiple times, and the shower was clearly from the 80s and had staining all over it. We also found a half drank bud light next to one of the beds at check in showing the cleaning prior to our arrival was not thorough. We mentioned all of this to the host and he didn't address any of the cleaning issues, merely telling me no one else had complained. The photos shown in the listing are from extremely strategic angles that show the bare minimum attempt at a remodel on the parts of the unit that have been updated. DO NOT EXPECT THE SAME QUALITY THROUGHOUT. If you're looking for nothing more than a place to crash in a decent location go for it but be prepared for all its shortcomings.

Negative: The unit is a great value for the Vail Valley, but the mattresses are a bit tired.
