It’s amazing. The hot tub was perfect for two and the cabin is cozy and relaxing. There is nothing bad to say would definitely come back and stayLonger next time!!!

This is a great choice for a couple looking for a quiet base for exploring northern Park County. Como is an old railroad town, remaking itself as a railroad museum town. In many ways, the last decades of the 20th century and the all of the 21st century passed the town by. This gives the town a certain charm as an almost ghost town, coming back to life. One thing to be aware of is that there are no services in Como, but there are groceries, gas, and a few restaurants in Fairplay, about 15 minutes away. The location of the cabin in the town is perfect if you're interested in the railroad museum and locomotive roundhouse. It's also a great location if you're exploring the mountains between Como and Breckenridge, northern South Park, and the Mosquito Range. Sitting on the front porch in the early morning or evening, the view across northern South Park is majestic and absolutely beautiful. The cabin is comfortable and spacious for a couple. There are a full suite of appliances, including a washer and dryer for clothes. One thing to be aware of, at least in the middle of Summer, is that as with every other house in Como, water is supplied by a well and in Summer, the well can sometimes be a little slow to fill so saving any laundry for nighttime when ready to retire for the night may make sense. We were too busy to use the hot tub but it looked very inviting. If you want a cabin with beautiful views in a quiet historic town, this is a great place to stay.

It was a great little cabin! Small town, very quiet, close to FairPlay and Breckenridge, king bed, wood stove, hot tub, great couples cabin. If you’re looking for a rustic type of place and not worried about the fancy (and costly) places closer to town this is a great place.
