Quiet location, funky on the outside, nice inside.
Positive: New and very well remodelled kitchen. Large house. Quiet spot. General location was near stores, bike rental, etc. Next to bike path. Nice beds.
Negative: Garden hadn't been touched in decades. Bushes blocked sidewalk. Rear half of a occupied duplex. A bit sparse on furniture. Dishwasher was a mess.
