Cozy 3BD/2BA Brookside Condo in Avon

Very nice location in Avon and easy access to free local shuttle transportation. There is a washer and dryer, not just a dryer as listed. No A/C so just be prepared in warm summer months.

Only concern was a strong moldy/BO smell coming from the laundry area

The condo is very nice and host was very responsive however we had several issues during our stay. 1. Just before arrival we were told that the shower in the primary bathroom was out of service. Another unit was offered however it was 5-7 miles away and not convenient for our plans. 2. The biggest issue is that the unit is located right next to a busy 2 lane hwy and the road noise is very noticeable. It sounded like the windows were open!!3. The unit was being updated and we were not made aware during booking. New TV's had been installed however they were not active. The wifi wasn't working until a tech came to fix it, building water shutoff for service, etc, etc, No huge deal breakers, just several minor inconveniences that impacted our visit.

We only stayed one night. The condo was outdated, but it was clean, which we appreciated. Carpet was heavily stained. Bathroom tube was rusted and moldy shower curtain. Beds were comfortable. However Management company was responsive.

Place was great. They also helped us get in quickly after codes had changed!
