Randy was very helpful in the check in process and secured us an extra parking pass at no charge. Rental property was well stocked and he provided snacks and water. Overall a very pleasant stay.

Great location! Walkable to Avon and Nottingham park. Nice decor and great value. We stayed July 4 weekend with weather over 90 degrees. The unit is on the ground floor somewhat below ground so some open windows and a fan made it quite comfortable even without AC!The clean could have been better prior to check in. Towel on stove was dirty and bathroom floors could have used a sweep. Also showers are tight! I’m 5’7” inches and had to crouch to wash my hair. My family is all over 6 ft so it was definitely a challenge.
